This class is a make and take.  Each pair will take home enough food to feed a family of 4.  If there are more in your family you would like to feed, see below for cost of additional servings.

 

This class is limited to 10 pairs.

Menu:

Stacked Chicken Enchiladas

Spanish Rice

Pinto Beans

Individual Caramel Cheesecakes

 

The enchiladas will be completed in your home oven.  The rice and beans will be completed in class and divided among participants. 

The cheesecakes will be cooked at Saucy’s and will need to be refrigerated when you get home.

 

Items to bring to class:

One 8”x8” baking dish

Two plastic containers w/lids, large enough to hold 4 cups each of rice/beans

Apron(s)

A box to carry your food home in.

 

 

Cost for each additional serving:

-         enchiladas       $2

-         rice                  $1

-         beans               $1

-         cheesecakes    $2

 

Please note, if you increase the number of servings you will also need to increase the size of your baking dish and plastic containers.
