Saucy’s Catering has partnered with Rock’n G BBQ, owned and operated by Lance Gray, to offer the best Texas barbecue in the Texas Hill Country.  Like Luciana McKeown, owner of Saucy’s, Gray shares a passion for cooking beef, chicken, pork, venison and fish, and has developed his own marinades and rubs to deliver mouth-watering meats every time.  Gray began ‘selling’ his barbeque to McKeown in 2009 when he would patronize her lunch business and started sharing his love for cooking and his dream of one day being able to barbeque professionally. 

While marketing her catering services McKeown would often have to decline to bid on Texas barbecue requests – it just was not her area of expertise.  Anyone who knows McKeown knows she doesn’t serve anything that isn’t the absolute best.  The continuous stream of requests for barbeque prompted McKeown to approach Gray about cooking his barbeque for her. They set up tasting appointments for potential clients and placed Gray’s barbeque alongside local favorites.  His barbecue was consistently chosen as the best.  After a few months of contracting Gray’s services, McKeown and Gray decided to join forces to form Saucy’s Catering and Rock’n G BBQ.  Not only has the partnership yielded a wider variety of menu offerings, their combined passion for outstanding food and exceptional service has resulted in raving reviews from their customers.
